In our own journey's towards PCC accreditation, we both were disappointed in the transactional nature of the mentor coaching programs we encountered.  The mentor coaching requirement asks new coaches to make another financial investment beyond coach training, and most programs are designed to help you pass your exam, but that's it.  We both felt strongly that this ICF requirement presents an opportunity to expand on a coaches developing skill set, and we wanted to meet that moment with a purposeful offering.

 

In our program, you will deepen your capacity to bring consciousness, intuition and heart centered listening to your clients experience. Our time together will be interactive, feedback oriented and fun.

 

 We have designed a mentor coaching program that is transformational by design.  By tapping into our combined 30 years of Leadership Development experience, 20 years of coaching, and over 8 unique coaching certifications between the two of us, we will help you deepen your knowledge in ICF coaching skills and your knowledge of who you uniquely are as a coach in the world.

• Learn the importance of conscious awareness, presence and intuition in coaching.

• Identify your unique growth edge: What aspect of yourself does the coaching need more of? And, what is your gift to offer the world as a coach?

• Get (and give) personalized feedback. This is the #1 thing you need to grow as a coach and we have designed this program to immerse you in it. 

• Engage in personalized 1:1 time with two PCC Level Coaches with differing backgrounds and experience.
