Now Accepting Scholarship Applications for 2026
We know that commitment to coaching doesn’t always line up neatly with financial ebb and flow. This scholarship is for coaches dedicated to obtaining or renewing their professional credential who are navigating a season where the required investment for mentor coaching isn’t easily accessible.
Purpose and Mission
Our purpose through scholarships is to bring a heart- and human-led approach to the long game of professional coach credentialing. Our mission is to remove financial barriers to ICF mentor coaching during times of limited financial bandwidth—because your current financial season is not a reflection of your ability, dedication, or impact as a coach. By doing this, we elevate the professional coaching industry, supporting coaches who are committed to their growth and credentialing.

Scholarship Details
Each scholarship granted will offer the full 10 hours of ICF Mentor Coaching required to pursue your ACC or PCC credential for the first time, or renew, at adjusted pricing. Each application will be evaluated individually. The mentor coaching engagement will be offered as either a group or 1:1 engagement. We do our best to give mentees choice in their preferred learning experience.
Applications are open through 2026 to submit for a scholarship. Emily and Eliza review submissions monthly and notify selected candidates of the quarter their scholarship will be offered. Each 10 hour mentor coaching engagement lasts between 3 to 4 months and selected coaches will begin at the start of the quarter selected. Quarters run January - March, April - June, July - September, and October - December.

We allocate a specific amount to scholarships quarterly. Each application is evaluated individually and mentees selected may receive funding ranging from $500 to $1400.

Who the Scholarship is for:
This scholarship is intended for coaches who:

Are achieving or renewing an ICF credential (ACC or PCC)

Require mentor coaching as part of that credentialing path

Do not currently have discretionary financial resources available to invest in mentor coaching at full price

Would need to compromise basic financial stability in order to pay full price for mentor coaching

Are able to participate fully in the mentor coaching process.

We trust coaches to assess their own financial reality with honesty and discernment. No financial documentation is required.
Important Clarification:
This scholarship is not intended for coaches who are financially resourced but experiencing temporary discomfort, preference-based limitation, or hesitation around investment.

Step 3: We look forward to reviewing and will be in touch at least 1 month prior to the quarter you are submitting for with an answer. Example: If you want to start in April, you will hear from us by no later than March 1st.
