We worked in leadership development for a Fortune 500 company and a sisterhood formed...
As former corporate colleagues, a sisterhood was formed around a passion for human centered leadership. We spent years alongside one another coaching thousands of leaders in 1:1 and group settings and designing purposeful leadership development experiences for a global organization. Individually we have both established ourselves in the professional coaching world as PCC Level ICF coaches and have joined together to bring you this heart led mentor coaching experience.
Eliza has made a name for herself as values and purpose centered coach working with teams and leaders around the world, while Emily has ventured into the spiritual realm and is harnessing the skill of coaching to help humans awaken to their truest soul journey.
1:1 Mentor Coaching
Work directly with Emily and Eliza to achieve your 10 ICF Mentor Coaching hours. You will spend 5 hours with each mentor.
Our 10 hour 1:1 package is $1800, and we will happily customize to the number of hours you need. Please contact us for flexible pricing outside of the 10 hour package.
1:1 Sessions
How to Use Your Sessions
Choose from a variety of ways to use your 1:1 time to best serve your goals. Emily and Eliza will both bring wisdom and learning through their unique certifications and coaching experience. What you can count on them both for is an emphasis on consciousness, presence and intuition to support your unique growth as a coach.

Do a personalized assessment of your skill level against the ICF Core Competencies.

Engage in fun and rigorous skill drills to develop competency and learn unique coaching techniques.

Submit a coaching video and watch with your mentor to receive feedback.

Be a client (topic of your choice)and absorb your mentor coaches style and approach.

Group Mentor Coaching
A Transformational Learning Experience
Grab at least 3 coach friends (to form a group of 4) and we'll take it from there! Group mentoring is $1200 per person and requires a minimum of 4 people.
Group Mentorship (7 hrs)

Hone the ICF Core Competencies essential for deeper coaching.

Understand the role of awareness, presence, emotion and intuition in coaching.

Discover your growth edge: What do you need to enhance in your coaching, and what unique gift can you offer through your personal style?

Engage in fun and rigorous skill drills to develop competency and learn unique coaching techniques.

Receive and provide personalized feedback, this is essential for your growth as a coach.

Enjoy personalized 1:1 sessions with two PCC Level Coaches with diverse backgrounds.

Develop lasting personal and professional connections with your mentors and other coaches.
Followed by 1:1 Mentoring(3 hrs)

You will spend 90 minutes with Emily, and 90 minutes with Eliza in (2) private 1:1 sessions.
